The fact of the matter is, 2020 has been a year of trials, tribulations, and setbacks over and over (and over) again. Early speculation and personal hopes led us to believe things would be back to normal by now, as we finish up the month of October. Instead, we’re scratching our heads and thinking, “What is normal now anyway?” Yes, it’s that time of year where we reevaluate the close of 2020 – and whatever that may mean for next year.
What have we, at the Zucker Law Firm, been reevaluating? How it’s more important than ever to stand up and support our community. We have always prioritized our clients and nothing in the world today has changed that. In early 2020, when stay-at-home orders first took effect, our office was closed for the health, safety, and security of clients and staff. That didn’t affect our clients in the least; we kept in touch, keeping them apprised of schedule changes as courts closed and shifted. We continued to be available for new client inquiries; those individuals who decided now, with time on their hands, was the perfect opportunity to focus on what life previously forced them to set aside for “later.” Our staff maintained normal working hours, albeit from the safety of home, and we transitioned from in-person consultations to teleconferences so we could be available for you with no limitations.
It’s more important than ever to stand up and support our community.
The Zucker Law Firm continues to encourage and meet new clients during these times. We refuse to go on stand-by and wait around for “better times” because now it’s more vital than ever: you must advocate and protect yourself. Our experience in personal injury is more relevant than ever. For those of you now working from home, you are still under the care of your employer and can be compensated for accidents. Those of you who continue to work on-site, you need and should expect protections in place that account for your health and safety. For those of you whose situation occurred pre-COVID-19 (Coronavirus) you are in the best position to stand up and get things done.
The Zucker Law Firm will always be here to support you, but we need you to do that! We continue to offer free 30-minute phone consultations to help guide and determine the value of your personal injury case. With our 25+ years of experience as Temecula personal injury attorneys and wrongful death lawyers, all focused around the community you call home, there is no better time to take the reins and take care of yourself. Make the call today, meet with us, and protect yourself and your family. You can do it – and the Zucker Law Firm is here to help.
